  I had terrible experiences with Dr. Beth Snyder. For the work being done, I had to see her 6 times. I had to pay prior to the work being done so I was trapped. Each time I was treated by her I found her to be easily irritated and almost hostile. However, her assistant did most of the work in my mouth. At one visit, Dr. Snyder was not present even in the office. Since the assistant was so much nicer and seemed to care about me more, I didn't complain. I later learned that dentists must be on site when a patient is receiving treatment. On top of her curt manner, Dr. Snyder's price was double what other dentists in the area charge. I was happy to pay it, assuming I would get superior care and a beautiful end result. Sadly, I did not get either. After the 6 visits were complete, I switched dentists. On one of my teeth that she treated, she was so forceful and impatient, that she damaged the root and I ended up having to have a root canal. She has a terrible chair-side manner, but does seem to like some patients. Perhaps they are the ones there for treatment of TMJ, which seems to be her practice's focus. For general dentistry, cosmetic, and esthetic procedures, save yourself money, aggravation, and frustration - go somewhere else!
  
  In response to your office's generic response to my complaint (see below), you don't have me 'on file' because I prefer to remain anonymous. You don't have any recollection because I was too fearful to say anything. I wanted to get the work done and move on. Dr. Snyder made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated, to say the least. Why would I ever return to have any work corrected? I found a different dentist who actually cares, is kind, and does real cosmetic dentistry.
